適用范圍

該裝置配套超聲波及磁粉探傷儀器，適用于各型電力、內燃機車大、中修時輪對的超聲波探傷及磁粉探傷檢測。

特點及技術指標

1.    該裝置為可移動手推車結構，無需基礎，不必安裝，現場使用方便。

2.    該裝置將液壓站、輪對托起機構、旋轉驅動機構及電氣控制系統統一安裝在兩臺移動推車上，探傷時兩臺可移動的推車分主機和輔機由無線遙控器統一控制。

3.    輪對轉動采用變頻調速技術，轉動速度連續可調，可滿足車軸及車輪的不同部位探傷時對轉動速度的要求。

4.    電氣控制箱內裝有輪對驅動控制的變頻器等電氣控制元器件，并裝有磁粉探傷專用電源，方便現場磁粉探傷作業。

5.    該機采用主機和輔機之間無線遙控控制，探傷場地簡潔，同時減少了探傷準備工作時間。

Applicable scope

The device is equipped with ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection instruments, which are suitable for ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection of wheelsets of various types of electric or diesel locomotive.

Features and Technical parameters

1.      The device is of Movable trolley structure, without foundation, without installation, and is easy to use.

2.      This device uniformly installs the hydraulic station, wheelset lifting mechanism, rotary driving mechanism and electrical control system on two mobile carts. During flaw detection, the main machine and auxiliary machine of two movable carts are controlled by wireless remote control.

3.      The wheelset rotation adopts the frequency conversion , the rotation speed can be continuously adjusted, which can meet the requirements of the rotation speed when the axle and different parts of the wheel are detected.

4.      The electrical control box is equipped with wheel set drive control inverter and other electrical control components, and equipped with special power source for magnetic particle inspection, which is convenient for on-site magnetic particle inspection.

5.      This machine adopts wireless remote control between the main machine and auxiliary machine, which makes the testing site simple and reduces the preparation time for testing
