適用于機車車輛緩沖器彈簧、軸箱彈簧等圓柱螺旋彈簧的磁粉探傷

特點及技術指標：

1.  采用中心導體（穿棒）法和直接通電法對彈簧進行復合磁化，保證螺旋彈簧簧絲表面可獲得足夠強度的較均勻的切向磁場

2.  通過調節托架升降裝置,使調整彈簧中心線與磁化裝置中心線一致，以滿足不同直徑彈簧的磁粉探傷需要

It is suitable for locomotive and rolling stock bumper spring, axle box spring and other coil spring of magnetic particle testing

Features and Technical parameters

1.      For the structural characteristics of the spring adopting the center conductor (through rod) and direct current flow method to make the spring achieve composite magnetization, ensure the surface of the spring wire spring get availability of sufficient strength and more uniform tangential magnetic field

2.      Through adjusting bracket lifting gear, adjusting spring centerline are consistent with the center line of the magnetizer, to meet the needs of the different diameter of the spring of magnetic particle inspection.

3.      Magnetizing current controlled by thyristor voltage regulation module,It can be adjusted at any time according to the diameter of the spring.
